The journey of success is a unique experience.  It is amazing to hear the diverse stories of people who enjoy success in their lives.  For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by people and why they do what they do.

In my quest for information about women and success I found the book shelves a bit lopsided...lot's of great men out there...hmmm...where were the women?  I found a few amazing and phenomenal women but not in the same quantity as men.  Nothing against the guys, there are many fine men who offer valuable information.  That's all good and well.  However, I suspected there were far more women who were enjoying levels of success that others aspire to and I decided to launch on the journey to find them.

One thing lead to another and in the past few years I've had the privilege of meeting and sometimes working with some of the most remarkable women.  They have mentored me, sat next to me at seminars or workshops and have graced the stage as experts in their fields.

When people ask me what I do; I tell them ‘I'm a resource guide',   I connect people with the most fitting resources for their next stage.  I look for what we as women need to make our lives and careers better.  I look for people who know what they know because they have lived it and are ready to share their wisdom with others.

Baroness Builders is here for you.  It is that simple.  Here’s how it came about…

A few years ago when I was moving a friend of mine was helping me pack.  She asked me if I really wanted to keep "all those books, tapes and home study programs...did I really need all of them?  What are you planning to do; open a self development book store?"   

Of course I wanted to keep them; though at the time I did not know that I would one day be creating the Baroness organizations.  I just knew that the wisdom found in those pages and on those audios were helping me build a better life.  They were helping me grow through the pain of grief, the heart ache of divorce, the anguish of betrayal and the fears of financial uncertainty.  The gifts that flowed out to me every time I read a page or listened to a presentation were priceless.  I knew someday somehow I would pass it on to others. 

Now is the time and Baroness Publishing and Baroness Builders are the places I work to offer the wisdom, guidance and hope that we all need from time to time.  My hope is that you'll find what you need to take you the next step along your journey.   I'm always watching for materials and leaders who will serve you.  If you see me at an event please say hello.  I'd love to hear about your thoughts about the leaders we have featured and how your path to success is unfolding.
